Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce myself to you.

My name is Enzo Capozzi, I was born and raised in Italy until I was 22 years old, and then I moved to the States in the early 80’s to follow my dream of a better future.

As a child, I remember growing up on a small farm in the southern region of Italy. Here I spent most of my time watching my Mom prepare some simple, yet delicious meals. She used only the freshest herbs and vegetables from the garden and in season.

Having those memories, the love for good food and years of time spent cooking in a kitchen, I am here to bring to your table my favorite dishes that I have created and improved over the years.

My goal is to introduce to you and your family a meal that will bring you back in time not only for the originality but for the quality as well. I leave to you to comment on my specialty, because I do not believe in fancy abstract words to describe a dish, but I love to see a smiling face and hear whispering around “That was so good.”

I also want to inform you about my lessons on how to cook, which I have been doing for the past nine years, with excellent results. Since I been able to transform a regular meal to a gourmet feast and also improved family values and created a new harmony around the dining room table.

Also allow me to mention about my distinctive catering, with more then a quarter century of experience and thousands of pleased customers. With the creations of a simple dinner for two or guests that number in the hundreds, for any occasion.

Please feel free to ask anything that you might need, from a dish of Spaghetti to a tour of my kitchen. I want to thank you for being here as a customer, but most of all to become my friend and feel at home while dining and enjoying a good glass of wine.
