Spiedini di mozzarella (mozzarella in carrozza )
Fresh mozzarella wedged in two slice of rustic bread, with a side of anchovies and marinara sauce

Zuppa di cozze (mussels)
Served in a wine or marinara sauce, with a side of crostini bread

Carciofi ripieni (stuffed artichoke)
Stuffed with mixed chopped meat, prosciutto and sopressata. Served with fresh marinara sauce

Polenta Ricca
Fresh polenta topped w/ sausage, white cannellini beans and fresh Pecorino cheese

Cavatelli Bolognese
Fresh pasta made with ricotta and flour in a rich meat sauce.

Zuppa di pesce Adriatic style
Shrimp, clams, mussels, scungilli, calamari, scallops and lobster tail over linguini in a light marinara sauce

Lasagna classica
Layers of pasta topped with ricotta, mozzarella, ground meat, and cheese and tomato sauce

Risotto Pescatore
Imported Arborio rice with fresh sea food in a light marinara sauce

Costola di maiale (pork chop)
French cut pork chop with capers, olives, and hot & sweet vinegar peppers in a rich white wine sauce.

Pollo scarpariello
Boneless breast of chicken with olives, hot & sweet vinegar peppers, and capers in a white wine sauce

Capozzella di Agnello for two. (24 hrs. notice required)
Marinated baby lamb head, broiled and topped with seasoned bread crumbs in a lemon & garlic sauce.

Coniglio Arrosto for two. (24 hrs. notice required)
Roasted rabbit, with potatoes, aromatic herbs, plum tomatoes, oil, wine and garlic

Maialetto al forno (two days notice required)
Whole roasted baby pig, served as an appetizer or as a main course. Party of four or more
